Refund policy

At Ryleigh's Toy Adventures, we want every sensory exploration to be filled with pure joy. We understand that finding the perfect tactile fit or focus tool for your child can sometimes take a trial run. That is why we offer a stress-free 30-Day Happiness Guarantee on all our sensory toy returns.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same gently handled condition that you received it. To start a return, simply contact our adventure support team at hello@ryleighstoyadventures.com. Once your return is received, we will credit your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that for safety and hygienic reasons, oral-motor chewy tools cannot be returned once opened.
